Configure your profile and notifications

Set your personal preferences and choose which alerts you receive.

Open Settings from the profile menu (top-right). The Profile tab covers your own account; Notifications controls your alerts.

Profile

  • Update Full Name, Phone, Language, Profile Picture, and Login Email.
  • Default Location & Available Locations — the locations you can access and the one that pre-fills on new requests.
  • Quick Views — enable one-click access to a frequently used Saved View.
  • Password — change it here while logged in.

Notifications

  1. Open Notifications from the profile menu.
  2. Add a phone number if you want SMS alerts, and use Receive Notifications to turn alerts on.
  3. On the Events tab, check email and/or SMS for each event, then Save.
  4. Recommended: Note added to an SR; SR assigned to me; SR created; SR changed to Completed; SR canceled.
