Dispatch to external providers

Dispatch and provider tools handle the external side of service work. These are role- and plan-dependent and may be managed by Bricks on your behalf.

Steps

1. On a service request, use Dispatch Externally to send it to an outside provider.
2. Use Service → Dispatch (a console for processing requests and incidents): select a request, then use the Dispatch, Actions, and Notes tabs.
3. Service → Service Provider View shows what your providers see; the Admin menu manages providers and internal technicians.

Don't see these menus? Dispatch and Service Provider View are role- and plan-dependent. If your Service menu shows only Service Requests, Service Schedules, and Calendar, your Bricks contact handles external dispatch for you.
