Manage inventory and consumables

Track the parts and supplies used up when completing requests.

Inventory lives under Assets → Inventory — your catalog of parts and consumable supplies.

Steps

  1. Open Assets → Inventory. Each item is a Part with a Number, Name, Description, Quantity, Cost, Stock Threshold, and Status.
  2. Click Create Part to add a new item.
  3. Order more with Create → Order Consumables.
  4. Use parts on a request with the Use Parts action, which draws them down from inventory.
