Navigate the Command Center dashboard

After you log in, you land on the Command Center, your dashboard for service-request activity. It shows key metrics, a pinned list of open and unassigned requests, charts, and technician views.

Overview

Use the time-period selector (7d / 30d / 90d / Custom) and the filters at the top (Location, Assignee, Service Type, Status, Category, Priority, Asset Type) to narrow what you see.

The ? icon (top-right) opens a reference panel explaining how every metric is calculated. The Notes button (next to the date-range selector) opens Organization Notes, a shared space for org-wide notes.

Steps

1. Set the time period (7d, 30d, 90d, or Custom) for the metrics and charts.
2. Apply any filters at the top to focus on a location, assignee, or type of work.
3. Review the key metrics, the Open & Unassigned list, and the Work and Team chart tabs.
4. Click the ? icon any time to see how a metric is defined.
