Organization Settings: General
Your organization's name, new-user approval, logo, QR label icon, equipment options, and time zone.
Customer Organization Admins only. Open Admin → Settings → Organization. The General tab opens first.
These settings apply to everyone in your organization.
Profile
- Organization Name
- Require administrator approval for new users? Choose Yes to hold new sign-ups on the Awaiting Approval tab of the Users page until an admin approves them. Choose No to let them in right away.
Click Save.
Logo
Your logo shows in the navigation bar at 60 pixels high. A logo with a transparent background blends in best. Click Upload to add yours, or Use Default to go back to the Bricks logo.
Icon
The icon printed in the center of your QR code labels. Upload a square, transparent PNG that reads clearly on a white label. Click Upload icon, or Use Default to go back to the standard icon.
Equipment
- Allow Proposed Equipment: lets people propose equipment that isn't in Bricks yet, for an admin to review.
- Allow Equipment Purchase Requests: lets people request that new equipment be purchased.
Click Save.
Delivery time
- Time zone: your organization's own time zone. Bricks uses it wherever your organization's location matters, not just for scheduled emails.
- Delivery time for scheduled emails: by default, scheduled emails go out at the system default time. Set a time here to choose when they're sent instead.
Tip: Set your Time zone first thing. Scheduled emails, due dates, and schedules all read from it, so a wrong time zone makes things show up at odd hours.
