Personalize your homepage and try early features
Set up a welcome card and opt into experimental features.
Two Settings sections let you tailor your Equips experience: Homepage controls a welcome card for your organization, and Early Access lets you try features before general release.
Set up a custom organization card
- Open Settings → Homepage.
- Set Custom Organization Card to Enable.
- Use the rich-text editor to write your welcome content — add headings, formatting, links, and images (for example a "Welcome!" message or a link to a reporting dashboard).
- Click Save. The card appears on your organization's homepage.
Try early access features
- Open Settings → Early Access.
- Toggle on any experimental feature you want to try, such as: New menu layout (a streamlined navigation), /work as the default experience (makes the technician work screen the home page), Offline mode (view your work list without a connection), and Offline notifications.
- Toggles take effect right away; turn one off if you'd rather go back.
