Try early access features
Turn on new Bricks features before they're released to everyone.
Early Access lists experimental features you can try before they're released to everyone. Turn one on to try it, and off again if it doesn't suit you. Changes take effect right away and only affect you.
To open it, click your profile picture or initials in the top-right corner, choose Settings, then open Early Access.
What's available
- New menu layout: a streamlined menu with a dedicated Create button, Locations and Equipment moved up, and a reorganized Admin menu. To switch back, choose Disable new menu from your profile menu.
- /work as the default experience: for people who mainly work service requests rather than manage them. The Work screen becomes your home page, and Bricks guides you toward completing requests throughout the app.
- Offline mode: view your assigned work list on the Work screen while offline. Anything already loaded stays available without a connection.
- Offline notifications: native device notifications that show your active service request timer and alert you when you lose connectivity.
The list changes as features graduate or new ones are added, so check back from time to time.
Tip: Technicians who work in basements, mechanical rooms, or anywhere with weak signal should try Offline mode and Offline notifications together.
