Turn features on and off (Modules)
Control which Equips capabilities are active for your whole organization.
Modules are master switches that enable or disable entire capabilities across your organization. Turning a module off hides that feature everywhere for everyone; turning it on makes it available. This is where features like checklists, PM schedules, and invoicing are switched on before anyone can use them.
Open Settings → Organization → Modules. The toggles are grouped into sub-tabs: General, Technician View, Service Request, Dashboard, Fields, and Notifications.
Turn a feature on or off
- On the Modules tab, open the sub-tab for the area you want (start with General for the most common toggles).
- Find the capability and click its checkbox/toggle. A check means it's on.
- Repeat for any other modules, then save.
