Use Floor Plan View

See locations as visual cards and layer live technician activity over them.

Floor Plan View is a card-based way to see your locations instead of the table, with an optional technician overlay.

Steps

  1. From the Locations page, click Floor Plan View (top right). Click List View to switch back.
  2. Each top-level location shows key counts (sub-locations, equipment, open requests). Click the › arrow to drill in.
  3. Turn on the Technician View toggle (top right) to overlay live activity.
  4. With Technician View on:
    • A top panel groups technicians into Not on a Job and On a Job.
    • Select a technician to see their assigned requests and current check-in.
    • Each location card shows the technicians assigned to it.
    • A Status Legend explains Working, Traveling, 3-hr, and 6-hr+ check-in.
