Bulk update equipment

Bulk Edit updates one field across all selected items. Repeat it for each field you need to change.

Before you start

Filter the equipment list to the items you want to change (for example, by location).

Steps

Select the equipment:
- Check the box in the column header (next to Preview) to select the whole page, or
- Check individual boxes to select specific items.
Click the pencil (edit) icon at the top of the list to open Bulk Edit.
Under Field to update, choose a field:
- Location — then pick the new location
- Equipment Name, Service End Date, Provider, or Equips Coverage PM Cadence
Set the new value and click Update.
Refresh the screen to see your changes.
