Glossary

  • Equipment: an individual asset you track, such as a unit, appliance, or machine. Every piece of equipment lives at a location.
  • Location: a place where equipment lives. Locations can be nested into a hierarchy (property → building → unit).
  • Service Request (SR): a report that something needs attention, managed through to completion.
  • Org (Organization): your customer account, holding all locations, equipment, users, and requests.
  • Schedule: recurring work assigned to equipment or a location (preventive maintenance and routine tasks).
  • Costs: the labor, parts, and expenses tracked against requests and equipment.
  • Inventory: the consumable parts and supplies you keep on hand.
  • Lists: saved, filtered views of your data.
  • Work: the technician's home base for assigned and available jobs.
  • Capture: the fastest way to add equipment and locations in the field using QR codes.
